Hi everyone, I wanted to give you a quick check into my life at the moment. I am in a Long Term Recovery Center for a few weeks. I am going to work on Depression, Anxiety, reduce meds, increase coping skills and simplifying my life.
I hope to check in occasionally to let you know what I've learned and how I'm doing.
Best of all, I'm getting much needed treatment.
I am open to questions as well.
Take care, and I'd appreciate prayers and positive thoughts.
V.

It's Attitude of Gratitude Season
Good Fall Morning to you!
Enjoy your "gratitude season"!
When the summer fades and the leaves turn, the temperatures cool and we get that feeling that the rest of the year is going to fly by in a blur.
It's Gratitude Season. (Did I just make that up?)
So, I will ask you. "What are you grateful for?"
The basics are family, God, friends, shelter, food, transportation, and so on.
When I was hospitalized in a long-term facility, one of our assignments was to list the positive things in our life.
Would you be able to create such a list?
Enjoy your "gratitude season"!
